AI advisor Allie K. Miller gave Claude Code screenshots of a year of daily smart-scale data together with her personal context documents. Within minutes she had projections and tailored recommendations for 13 health metrics.

What they built

She took 14 screenshots of her scale app's graphs (weight, body water, skeletal muscle, metabolic age and more) and pointed Claude Code at them and at her personal and business "context vault" documents. She asked it to project all 13 variables, list strengths and weaknesses, and make recommendations specific to her situation.

The result

Self-reported: a full projection with recommendations finished in minutes. She says her context docs save her multiple hours every week of explaining herself to AI.
