Jason Lemkin's SaaStr runs with three humans and 20+ AI agents in daily production. The agents held 17,000 customer conversations and booked 600 meetings in 12 months, and revenue went from -19% to +47% year over year.

What they built

A Salesforce Agentforce sales agent works ~1,000 warm "B leads" that reps never followed up. Qualified's inbound agent "Amelia AI" handles website chats and books meetings. Custom agents "10K" (AI VP of Marketing: forecasting, newsletter, LinkedIn/X ads) and "QB" (AI VP of Customer Success, managing 150+ sponsor customers) run other functions. The agents are QA'd every day.

The result

Self-reported: 17,000 conversations and 600 meetings in 12 months. Agentforce got a 72% open rate, closed $2.7M in deals reps never touched and nurtured $3.5M in pipeline. Amelia booked 614 meetings across 402,000 chats. 10K and QB together cost $257 a month.
