Danfoss worked with the Danish startup Go Autonomous to automate the processing of order and quote emails from business customers. AI agents now make most of the transactional decisions, and the response time for many orders has gone from about 42 hours to near real time.
What they built
Specialised AI models and agents read incoming emails that mix free text, tables and attachments (PDF, images, spreadsheets), work out what the customer wants and trigger the right actions in Danfoss's ERP and CRM systems. The solution runs on Google Cloud (GKE and BigQuery), is live in more than 20 countries and puts up to five systems into one interface for employees.
The result
Self-reported via vendor: up to 80% of transactional decisions and communication automated, processing time cut by 50%, about five minutes saved per order, and customer response time reduced from about 42 hours to near real time for a large share of orders.
