A marketing lead at a tech SaaS company with about $50k a month in Google Ads spend gave Claude Cowork full control of a campaign that had produced nothing in 1.5 months. The first, large lead came in after 5 days.

What they built

Claude Cowork manages the underperforming campaign inside guardrails. It writes new ads, pauses keywords, adds negative terms and adjusts keyword budgets, and sends the team a daily report of every change, test and issue. The team is doing the same with a LinkedIn Ads campaign that Cowork built from scratch.

The result

Self-reported: first lead (described as a big one) after 5 days of AI management, on a campaign with zero results in the previous 1.5 months.
