What they built
An AI voice agent answers every call 24/7 in natural conversation. It books, confirms and reschedules appointments, and answers questions about opening hours, address, insurance and prices. Sensitive or clinical inquiries are immediately passed on to staff. According to the builder, the hard part was not the AI but making the handoff to a human work smoothly. The same solution has since been adapted for hair salons.
